At NEODII (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

South Africa Shipping (Nationwide)

We currently only offer nationwide shipping across South Africa for all NEODII products.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping fee: Flat rate of R100 nationwide

All local orders are shipped using The Courier Guy or Aramex to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 7–21 working days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch.

As most NEODII pieces are made to order, processing times may vary depending on production volume, launches, or promotional periods.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Made-to-Order Items

Most NEODII garments are produced on a made-to-order basis to maintain quality, exclusivity, and craftsmanship.

Certain items may require additional production time. If your order is expected to take longer than the estimated processing period, we will contact you directly.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling become the responsibility of the courier provider.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing checkout.

NEODII is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
