At NEODII, we take pride in delivering garments of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from perfume scents, makeup stains, deodorant marks, alterations, or damage caused after delivery
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

NEODII reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalised pieces
  • Sale or discounted items

Due to the exclusive nature of our garments, refunds are generally not offered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Eligible issues may qualify for replacement, repair, store credit or size exchange at NEODII’s discretion.

Examples of eligible issues include:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Tears, stains, or fabric defects
  • Faulty zippers, buttons, or fastenings
  • Incorrect item or size received

Size Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Eligible orders may qualify for a size exchange only, subject to stock availability and approval.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review the size chart, garment measurements, and fabric compositions provided in each product description before placing an order.

Sizing exchanges may not be approved for personalized/custom garments.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

NEODII is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved exchanges will be processed within 5–12 business days.
