Our pre-order model allows us to maintain exclusivity while ensuring every garment is crafted to the highest standard.
Early Access — VIP Priority.
Our VIP clients (email subscribers) receive exclusive early access to pre-orders for a period of 1 week before the collection is released to the public. This ensures our inner circle has the first opportunity to secure a piece.
Limited Availability
All MÄBU pre-order pieces are produced in strictly limited quantities. Restocks are not guaranteed, reinforcing the rarity and value of each garment.
Payments and Order Confirmation
A full payment is required to reserve your piece. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Production Timeline
Production will begin once all available pieces have been claimed or at the end of the pre-order period (end of the month)—whichever comes first. Each garment is then carefully crafted over a period of 2–4 weeks.
Shipping
Once your piece is complete, it will be dispatched promptly. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, depending on your location.
Sizing & Fit
Each MÄBU piece is crafted with precision. Clients are encouraged to review the size guide carefully before purchasing. Should you require guidance, we are available to assist in selecting your ideal fit.
Made-to-Order Nature
As each garment is produced on a pre-order basis, slight variations in hand-finished details (such as beadwork and cowrie shell placement) may occur—this is a mark of its artistry and individuality, not imperfection.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the immediate allocation of materials and production planning, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
Returns & Exchanges
Given the exclusive, made-to-order nature of MÄBU pieces, we do not offer refunds. Size exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please see our return policy.
Please note that NEODII is not a fast fashion brand therefore production will take time to ensure quality craftsmanship on final products.
